We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below:

Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened oils, infused products, or any items that have been used for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned.

  • Perishable items, such as fresh ingredients, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
