Returns

You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened oils, infused products, or any items that have been used for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned.

Perishable items, such as fresh ingredients, are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
